Ashtanga Flow

The ashtanga vinyasa method was carried down from sri krishnamacharya and brought to modern society by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Each posture is linked together with the movement of the breath and vinyasa to create an uninterrupted flow of yoga. Ashtanga yoga creates a deep internal heat that strengthens the body, improves circulation, and eases pain in the joints. The internal heat created, along with the expansiveness of the breath, deeply cleanses the internal organs removing impurities and sickness. These toxins are carried out of the body through sweat. This is suitable for ever level of practitioner from beginners to advanced yogis. Modifications are always provided.

Gentle Flow

These classes are great for beginners who need a slower approach and pace. The gentle classes are also great for advanced yogis who want a gentle flow.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga was taken from the Ashtanga Yoga method but allows for a little more creativity in the sequencing of the practice. Each posture is linked with the next creating a beautiful dance of breath and movement. "Vinyasas" (sun salutations) are often placed between sequences giving the yogi a more dynamic practice.

Open Level Yoga

These classes are exactly how they sound...great for all levels of practitioners! A blend between the Ashtanga and Gentle flow to create a perfect Vinyasa yoga practice for all.

Ashtanga Primary Series

The full first of six series of Ashtanga Yoga. Taught in the true spirit of Ashtanga Yoga there is a set sequence to this class which allows the yogi to take her practice into her own hands. No sequences are modified, but beginners to this method are welcome to sit out vinyasas when needed. This class is great for building endurance!
